Did i kill my mycelium ? I keep my bulk substrate in the fridge and i pulled it out and went to S2B . Did i ruin my mycelium or will it be fine ?

A lot of mycelium will go into hibernation mode, depending on the temperature they’ve been exposed to. Others will be cold shocked into production. Standard refrigerator temp won’t do any damage.

No doubt. Its so much easier to grow your own than anyone thinks. I think that's why there has been so much gatekeeping before. Because if everyone knew how simple it was to do so many people would wake up at once. Spreading knows is my goal and i love learning from others.

Only thing I need to learn is to extract Dimitri. But yes Mycology is my love and passion. Definitely a great skill to have and the way we all connect together through our grows is amazing!

My local hardware store has coco coir on sale occasionally cheaper than I can find it on Amazon. That’s where I can a huge bag of vermiculite too for a few dollars. The pet store has it in the off season.

Lol it was 20 pounds of substrate 6 of spawn and like 2 bricks of cocoa coir but ya im done with the whole pre made sterilized skit . Im gonna be doing this might as well get my elbows greasy and go the extra mile . Thank you all for your input im definitly gonna look into this

Is 6 monotubs at once too much for exposure of mycelium? Like having em in your bedroom and whatnot . Dont wanna aggravate respiratory issues and i just seen something ab spore lung?

Unless your growing Oyster mushrooms dont worry about spore lung its contambrahs you gotta worry about and as long as your grain is clean and your sub is nutrition less your golden i only grow in my room lots of tubs at a time and ive never once had a respiratory issue well maybe if i take a huge d...
