I think it may unlock the spirit world within you. Or like being able to see the environment with out being attached to consciousness

Mushrooms will take you to the spirit world to if you do 5 grams or more as well. I believe that is with all Entheogens.

My own belief, dmt creates new paths between parts of the brain that don't normally communicate, resulting in distorted visuals, new shapes, unseen colours, and of course "entities". And my god is it all beautiful.
