Im sure mine it the worst pre game on the planet but it works for me. I either speedrope, kettlebell workout burpies ect for about thirty mins. Cool down stretch take a shower get ready for the trip. Slam 4 shots of Jack Daniels put on 70s funk music and dose.

The running water in the shower really helps me with the up in. Do you have a sober buddy/someone familiar with the process that is trust worthy for your first time, it may help you have more confidence? If you do not, please take your time and you will know when it is truly time.

Try getting ready for the trip for several days. A week is ideal - abstain from sex, weed, alcohol, caffeine etc. Try to eat light and think about what's really bothering you. Maybe meditate?
On the night before you can try taking a relaxing bath or something like that, give yourself some love.
