In terms of benefits it's quite broad - if I had to mention just one thing, that'd be that it lets me to sort of reconnect to the "atman", "soul", "eternal", "true self", "god", "universe" call it whatever the hell you want, but that thing that unites us all
I'm more conscious and aware.
I write better code at work.
Mad PRs in the gym haha, I'm a powerlifter.
