View MoreIf you think of your life as a sort of adventure story, you being the main character, you can see how certain events were outrageously influential in the direction your adventure went. And a countless, neverending number of smaller events seemed to have no real impact at all. And we think back on past significant defining moments and say if only I had done that differently, or if I never did what I did that day my life could have been a great deal better! And overtime we develop this feeling that we messed up our chance at living our best possible life, and we think we know exactly what we should have done differently in order for that to happen. Even if your life is for the most part, satisfactory, there's still this feeling that you messed up here and there and you imagine maybe using a time machine to go back and rearrange your life choices in your idea of how you really should have lived. This is a perfect example of not letting go of the past and all it does is create this sort of false reality in your mind where you're wasting your thinking power on trying to fix your life in a fantasy day dream delusion. It becomes part of your belief system and you become trained subconsciously to almost purposely make the wrong decisions so you can fix them after in your delusional game of saving your past life. This is just one example of how easily our thoughts can infect our lives and destroy our ability to navigate through the narrative properly. In these modern times our minds are overactive. Instead of fixing real problems like our ancient ancestors did constantly, in order to survive another day, we have all this free time for our minds to create fake problems out of absolutely nothing. I've said it over and over again, all my problems I created out of nothing for no good reason other than I'm dying to have a problem to fix. Evolution designed this mind and body to survive in a an environment that was constantly trying to kill us. Nowadays when people have a brush with death they feel more alive than ever. Mindfulness and focused perception is your evolutionary requirement. And stop daydreaming and pretending to change the past that's weird and it's not good for you. If death scares you then life must be utterly terrifying. You only have to die once, but up until then you have to get up and live every day, if your lucky something like 25 thousand times. I think I'm on like day 11562. Peice of freaking cake

Isnt it mostly about raising your awareness or consciousness. I would say anyone could only benefit from this. Ive wanted to try this. The tetrahedron is a representation of the infinite possibilities that exist in any given moment. Interesting stuff. I say DO IT! And keep us updated.
