250 g whole seeds (I'll never grind again). 5x 1 L vinegar solution boils, 1 hr each. Filtered through t-shirt pieces, then loose cotton ball funnel, then tight cotton ball funnel, then coffee filter. I now wrap my seeds in a fine cheese cloth, boil just twice for a half hour each in acidic solution. Most of the alks are retrieved due to them mainly being on the outer shell.
