That’s how flavor lab dabs 2.0 does it on YouTube. He has 50 videos doing this method and I did it once and it worked.

I may be wrong I don't think youd wanna add the lye while it's in the metal pot. I'd add it slowly to the glass flask once your aqueous solution is in there

Im extracted from metal pot bc my flask broke into that and had great product. Dont get me wrong but i think its a waste of time to cook it if it works anyway
