could anyone help me with the specifications I need for a blower? I just bought a 24x48 for a great price, so I couldn't pass it up. I'm not sure what size blower I need to complete my flow hood.

What substrate are you using if it's coco coir, check it's not potting coco coir as this sometimes has trichaderma add to it. Always use reptile coco coir

Just act as you'd do if you were a surgeon. Keep things hospital clean. Also careful with the air. Don't open your doors/window at least 15 minutes before working on your stuff. I have had good luck with bags with the filter so far. Having an impulse sealer makes life easy. Im having trouble getting my jars to go.
Idk. I probably jumped ahead of myself. They are different varieties. PE in the jars. Red guys in the bags. I have some new jars looking ok but I can't remember what those are. So long story short I made unfair comparison. Lol

I have stayed with one specific spore vendor since the start. The few times i didnt, to get a deal or whatever, it didnt end well. Its good to have a solid company to always go to
