They say, size doesn't matter. I'm a big guy, tried micro, end up dosing not trying to feel it, and felt it. Now my micro is dosing, not turning back now!!

It's all preference. I've done it for weeks at a time. The suggested route by James Fadiman is 1 day on 2 days off if I remember correctly. It is based on tolerance and getting the best "bang for your buck" as far as the neuro plasticity goes.
