If you are using iOS the app is currently down. But they are working on a fix.

Yes if you are using an iOS we are currently working on fixing the app so that is why you are not able to access. The next time you experiences being locked out of your account you can email us at [email protected] we can take care of that right then and there.

Ok I had no idea the app was down but I tried the email route, I almost had given up on resetting my password until I needed the psychonaut distress beacon hahaha
