What’s also happened, is that sometimes in meditation I’m transported to the same place and visuals as on DMT, albeit not as colourful, but nothing is as colourful than when you blast off.

View MoreSo the thing with me is for most of my childhood through to my 20s I’d automatically AP, I didn’t actually know what it was until my 20s and I came across Ryan Cropper talking about it and I was like… wait that’s what I do! But without the mental bit I just go to bed and pop goes the weasel! However since I hit 30 it doesn’t happen naturally as often, in fact now I’m thinking about it, each time I’ve AP’d since 30 there’s been an entity in my room, not the same entity but I seem to get their attention and that wakes me up in my astral body. The most recent time this happened I opened my eyes and saw a dark semi transparent entity in my doorway, didn’t look human but was partially phased so I couldn’t see all of it at once. I’ll admit there was something about it that scared me, but I realised quickly I was looking at it with my astral eyes not my physical eyes. So I pulled myself into my body calmed myself then tried to sling shot out… didn’t work, so I used my imagination, I knew I could turn my astral head so I turned my whole astral body around the axis of my physical body then did a push up motion and that pushed me right into the air and I landed on the other side of the room, did a quick reality check… everything was spot on except the light was shifted blue and I couldn’t see my body which meant I didn’t just push out I pushed through into a different dimension/plane where my physical body doesn’t exist. I couldn’t see the entity but I knew I was drained. Physically I was exhausted from lack of sleep across the week. I was going to explore but for the first time I decided not to, I had this sense I shouldn’t push it this time so I looked back at the bed no body there (no pun intended) so I thought about it and realised if I just focus my will on teleporting back into my body that it will happen so I thought as loudly as I could “BODY!” There was a bright light with a sort of pinkish corona and I was back in my body just like that. I sat up did a reality check all was normal and then I passed out. I’ve been on the receiving end of attacks a few times by negative entities, I’ve been able to fight back but they can be sneaky things when they want to be. How has it worked for you? Did you teach yourself or do it naturally and have you had encounters with non humans before?
