JuggaLo820 FREEZE THE BARK FIRST!!! When you freeze it, it helps get rid of some of the fats that are in the bark. Also, it does not have to be grind it to a super fine powder you can use finely shredded bark in the flask, you just have to stir or shake or spin however you do it a little bit longer & a few more times, I have actually read in several posts after extensive research that shredded bark actually work... View More
