You can use the plastic canning lids with those mason jars and they are food grade, that's what I use

MycoChuky This is more about the sodium hydroxide water mix eating away at the rubber gasket … so I don’t know how a high temperature gasket is going to make any difference with the chemicals being used???

Is there a difference between Klean Strip naptha & DIY lab grade naptha as far as quality goes? Also does anyone find heptane to be a better source of an acid to base solution than naptha?

Naptha is a mix of various hydrocarbons, 6 and 7 carbon molecules i believe, so you are able to pull a broader range of alkaloids. Where as with hexane(6) and heptane(7) if you use them individually to pull, you are going to get a more narrow spectrum of product on the pulls. not really sure about t... View More

Buy the cheap stuff, distill and dry it before using for extraction. Should do that with "lab grade" too, or any other solvent before use

My bad! Sorry should have read more carefully, personally wouldn’t know, DMT isn’t very common where I’m at. If it were to be sold I see them online in Cart forms, but nothing freebase.

Yes you can use S wrap, just make sure it is tight on there so it doent sink in the middle and touch the top of what you have in the works.
