Part of the anatomy of mushrooms is difficult for humans to digest in large quantities especially when they are not cooked. It is the outer layer of mushroom which is called chitin. So doing lemon tek method helps with all of that. Always happy to help brother stay safe. Mush Love

There are some that can spread their toxins. I never worry much about bacterial contam, the green meanie Or verticillium. One time I had what looked like lipstick mold though. After reading what lip stick mold can do I went ahead and tossed those fruits.
