I seen a person scrap some myco to make LC, heard you can use a wedge of agar. From what i hear spores should be worked get the contams out first if any.

I once heard you could force hybridize cube spores under pressure dont know how true it is ... If you want go follow home mycology he has a series of vids for monocariitic cultures for crossing cubes
