Seeing how ive come to this platform seeking answers to personal issues im beginning to learn from you all. These chemicals may not FIX the issues; however, i may be able to "kill my ego" thus allowing my SELF to get out of the way so that therapy and other resources actually become effective for me. The trip wont fix but itll set me on level ground. I think im starting to see a little. Still need more learning. Keep it coming.

Someone recommended I seek this resource as an introduction to my research. Ive struggled with mental health for a long time and want to try alternative methods of treatment. Meds and therapy just arent doing it anymore. Someone recommended other angles. Thats why im here. Want to learn, gain insight and make an educated decission before I take a leap.
