Ive read 24hrs minimum, an hour per inch of substrate and all sorts of other calculations and rules.

I went no casing on this one, didnt get the ingredients on hand quick enough. Got 624g out of this 17 gal tub with 2” thick substrate. Did have a slight battle with something there by the fan. Hard to tek from this angle if you have any primordial growth as of yet but you will know soon enough. Your environment is on point though I’m not sure about the ppm.
