Boo! It was a 12 quart not a 23..... I took it anyway for 20 bucks i just cant wait any longer to get started. Guess i’ll just have to switch to smaller jars as my 1 quart jars sit almost to the lid with just the plate that came with it to raise jars off the bottom.
