Began a light fast today. One meal daily. Water and coffee next five days. Thee days two meals . Water only. Water only last day. Raising and equalizing frequency.

Oh man those look good don't be discouraged brother. I'm with you grains should still be good and agar is great for long term storage. Take some transfers let them grow for a day or two then store in the fridge upside down, they will go dormant until your ready to work with them again.
