I feel like the only one that like the taste of mushrooms. ???? Am I? I really enjoy thhe earth taste, especially Lemon Tek.

I have yet to try active mushies but I looove the earthy taste of edible mushies. I used them as a substitute for oil in every skillet recipe I used for years, and mushroom red wine douxelle is my goto substitute for pate when I make beef or sausage wellingtons.

Fresh they're not the worst but dry I can't handle them haha I mean I could I guess but would absolutely rather not

I like the taste of some, but not others. I tend to really dig em if they are hella dry and crunchy. The time we got my mom to eat shrooms she thanked us for pre-weighing and giving every one their share individually because she would have just ate them like chips lol!
