Man everytime i ground up brf cakes ive tamd like crazy. I think the brf might stop bacteria growth but when the coir gets mixed in it grows again.

I've been doing verm, coco, and manure in a pillow case. I put the pillow case in a large pot of hot water on the stove and keep it almost simmering for about 2 hours. If you sterilize your bulk then it needs to be spawned in a sterile environment.
