Control is a serious hang up...hence fear. Fear is an EXCELLENT teacher. To learn involved some vulnerability which is the antithesis of Control. One really shouldnt do Control Work alone since one cannot always become familiar with the territory safely...thats the crux of control issues & the fear ... View More
