Control is a serious hang up...hence fear. Fear is an EXCELLENT teacher. To learn involved some vulnerability which is the antithesis of Control. I had one because of how I had to light it. I wanted to make sure he could be there in case I accidentally dropped the torch. Best advice I can give is breathe deep, hold in as long as you can & let go.

Its better to have someone there because its hard to hit it again after 2 hits without guidance or encouragement.
