Ive pushed myself with psilocybin & tried 9g in a sitting.
Lsd I've only tried 3 tabs at once.
No waves, no color changes, no nothing. For me the experience is all internal.

Anybody have an issue where some pins and even half grown pins just turn black and wither away?

Mono. And makes sense because i forgot the fan on for like 10 minutes and the surface seemed dry. I pulled like 8 or 9 sidepins that had dropped veils. I sprayed down the surface 2 times a day with the mister and no fan for 2 days. Hopefully i can save it.

Ibey always been a fan of grain to grain. A lot of times I'll make and"extra" qt jar just to let it grow out and use to go directly into other wt jars. I typically can get from 1 qt jar roughly 4-6 other jars knocked up.
Start with a half pint of grain and then go grain to grain. Ur not out of much if it fails. Colonizes fast and then ur good
Only reason im not doing the grain to grain is because im just focusing on genetics atm instead of actual growing. After 2 bunk mss's, I'm trying to make sure i dont need mss's again. Im trying. I pulled the contam out and just started misting and fanning in hopes of pulling at least one spore print. Overnight it blew up with colonization.

Well what i thought was colonization on the top turned green overnight. I have the agar stuff coming in tomorrow. Ill start again with agar. Oh well. Lol

I feel you first time I did everything perfectly got spores from reputable vendor everything sterilized and holy trike green everywhere in all containers it put me off from trying for quite a while just now getting back into it doubleing down on the knowledge before I do anything

My bad on the hp bath, i thought it kills spores not myc.
I actually just took a cluster of healthy myc that was surrounded by tams. I soaked it 18 hours and just put to agar, lets see what happens!
It’s no biggie, I just don’t want my name used with misinformation. What I neglected to mention earlier is that HP can destroy myc depending on concentration used, can stunt yields, cause some deformities. I say this from personal experience. Cover it back over with your foil or plastic what ever your using and leave it alone for 14 to 21 days, every time you check it, you destroy the micro climate that has been developing.
