I've learned that if I do a microdose first it smooths the transition and relieves the anxiety. Maybe 10-15mg depending on your size/tolerance. I've also recently discovered Wim Hof breathing technique thanks to some posts here on DW. I haven't used it in preparation for a trip yet but just doing the breathwork yesterday I could tell it will be very helpful for pre flight jitters ; )
