the 50mg is the dose of DMT vaporized after the rue tea set in period. The dose of rue for the tea I use is 3 grams. Ground in a mortar and pestle. What about eating the 50mg after in capsule? With 3g rue seeds its effective as well?

50mg is a pretty low oral dose. Don't capsule freebase crystal. Better to mix is with a squeeze or 2 of lemon juice then add a bit of water. I wouldn't go lower than 100mg orally.
