I dont reccomemd doing yeast agar i tried it and it was a bust, Light Malt Extract is the way to go.

500mL water
10g nutrients (malt extract is most common,, dog food is my fave rn)
10g agar agar
Basically it’s just 500mL water to 10g whatever is convenient to 10g agar.

tompo87 Yes you can use Honey in replacement of LME, you could also use both if you want a stronger agar but it's not necessary.
