Will taking 5HTP prevent one from breaking through? I am considering taking some for sleep and mood but I'm concerned with how it will work with DMT and shrooms as well.

possibility to increase trip strength but also to increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. I would check out valerian, kava or amanita muscaria.
