I am a complete NOOB when it comes to deems, broken through 3 times. The my second time Breaking through was incredibly intense and frankly I couldn’t get past the anxiety or really make any sense of what was happening. So when my S/O recommended a smaller does in hopes of clarity I was all on bored...no break through for either...the best way I could describe is I made it all the way to the door before running out of time. So he chose to try again pretty quickly. We both agreed that the first does took away some of the underlying anxiety or jitters and made the breakthrough much more enjoyable...he wants to try 3 back to back sessions is this a waste or has anyone tried this???
