If you work hard anyone can achieve their goals. This is my slice of paradise, the circled cabin is my family’s vacation cabin we’ve been coming to for 60 years(I’m 38). My life goal was always to buy a house on this lake, and I got the neighboring house to my family cabin. 15 years ago I was a homeless thief with a 1 yo son. I decided I would rather “be in the ground pushing up flowers than in the pen sharing showers” I would rather die in war than not be there for my son because I was in prison. I joined the Army in 2009 As a Medic, went to Afghanistan for 10 mos 2011-2012. I was blown up in an IED in my truck and in a roll over off a 20ft cliff, which has led to my recent paralysis. I’ve lived in North Carolina, Italy, Colorado and visited a lot of amazing places and met a lot of amazing people. I’ve snowboarded the 6 different countries, parachuted in 4 (static line in the army). I was medically retired at 10years for PTSD after a couple of suicide attempts. I am a single fulltime father to 3 AMAZING human kids, 4 Dogs, a cat, a Columbian red tail, 20 or so fish and more house plants than I care to count. I have a shop that’s being finished out soon, a CNC mil, a Pro3D printer and a whole fleet of cars. Working towards the worlds quickest and fastest Chevy Suburban. Life is good. I’m on top and I want to raise other up to the top with me !
