I’ve had an interesting journey with shedding layers. It seems now that my physical pain ranging from my chronic back pain and my hand are leading me to a new chapter with •how I deal with the pain •establishing a new relationship with how I see and treat food •what I continue doing (and eliminating) with how I express the true love I have for this body. Another metamorphosis awaits. Needless to say, today is Day 1 of celery juice and it’s not until my kid wished me a Happy 4-20 that I smiled because of the Universe’s magical way of synchronizing what you need when you need it. Detoxes and reprogramming are never easy. Anyway, off to celebrate another day of existence. I hope all of you have just as a wonderful day as well! Thanks for reading!
