View Morehey Fantasma i have a few different blends rather than selling individual herbs. i found in my experimentation that combining them helped to potentiate the effects. The "blue dream blend" in this picture is the one I have found personally most effective. I had pretty low dream awareness due to using cannabis, and after a week or so with this blend I was regularly having vivid dreams, and after a few months I started lucid dreaming unexpectedly after never previously lucid dreaming. (Lucidity was not even my original intention - just wanted to be more aware of my dreams.) The primary dream enhancing ingredients in this blend are blue lotus, wild dagga, mugwort, and celastrus paniculatus seeds. Then there are a few other ingredients to give it a good aroma and flavor and make it a pleasant experience (since most dream herbs are bitter): ceylon cinnamon, peppermint leaves, orange peel, and vanilla beans. I have a few other blends on my website that I haven't yet gotten listed here but plan to soon when I get the chance. They are factoring in different goals - for example I have a blend designed to help with insomnia as well as dreaming, one that is kind of a mood-boosting/aphrodisiac blend, one that is adaptogenic / energy regulating and one that is meant to help with calm and focus for meditation. These all contain some dream enhancing ingredients but in lower proportions to allow for their other intended purposes. They should be up here soon but in the meantime you can see what each of them contains at my website, www.dreamherbally.com I have used sinicuichi but decided not to include it in any of the blends I sell because it wouldn't take much until I'd start to get kind of a woozy/dizzy feeling. It could be that my smoking weed had some kind of an interaction effect but it was enough that I decided to hold back from putting it in something I am sharing with others since people might not want that. I have never tried shatavari for dreaming so I'd be curious to hear how that goes for you!
