Yes, keep it closed or you risk contamination. Also you don't want to release the c02. That's what it's breathing. Sealed until fruiting conditions. But it's a bright pretty white and seems to be moving along nicely. Take a pic in 4 days and let us see progress.

I’m keeping it in a dark place till it’s ready to fruit. Started with four spawn bags and only this one made it. The other ones I buried in my backyard hopefully the mycelium network can take hold outside on its own. Wish me luck

Youre doing great. Just remember they want to fruit as bad you you do. Let them work and only give them what they need and they will give you what you need in return.
