In my experience that l9oks to be early stages of trich. It looks like there are pink spots in there as well which is another sign. I would isolate by itself for a few day to see. If it is trich itll turn green withing 2-3 days.

Im gonna guess both. Isolation and observation. Then lots and lots of bleach if you come to a negative conclusion.
