I would start with the B+ Strain first, they are good for beginners whilst trying to dial in your temp and humidity, the are quite forgiving

My advise for an absolute beginner with syringes is to start with brf tek only. Use half of each syringe (GT's are easiest to grow imo), do a few jars, and grow them out.
