I did two grams my first time and i had a great experience. If you do more like up to 4 or 5 you could be overwhelmed and you dont want that for your first experience. Yes sir take an Ibuprofen if you see your fingers turning into little sausages just remember we arent invincible and be safe walking around dont drive i have offten its not a good practice and can put many at risk
