I noticed that sometimes weed mixed with psychedelics may trigger paranoia, dysphoria, and dizziness.. with that being said I smoke weed in combination with every drug I take, before, during, after.

I wanted to add nicotine is synergistic with indoles. In my experience nicotine dramatically defines/refines hallucinations. Like you can see hallucinations intensify as you are inhaling cigarette smoke
