I think so. I broke through my first time and each time I have used it since. I also tried it mixed to make a cartridge, and did not break through.

You have to do it fast and hit it hard. Dont be Afraid. take 3 fat hits holding each in as long as you can then lay your pipe and a piece of tin foil. Its going to be hot. breath!!!
