Yeah everything is still good to go. You can actually leave them out for a day or few and they will still be good.

A bit difficult to comment without a photo, or any clue about the odour. is this the first time using the dehydrator? as they are meant to be run 1 time before operation, it does say that in the manuals but there shouldn't be a problem
