My question is the straw I'm using is pelletized. So it's got a smaller surface area then grains. I feel like the straw has nutrients because I get more weight per qrt jar of spawn than when I use coir. Why can't I skip the grain and just do lc to trays of pasturized substrate ? My grain jars colonize in about 7 to 10 days. Aggressive gt strain . Also was wondering about how to colonize more straw from a already colonized straw. Maybe even flush once then add to more straw each time. Basically flush make it bigger flush make it bigger. It's a mold it shouldnt stop growing and flushing . Really I should never have to go to spores or lc ever again is what I'm thinking . Like with weed where u have a veg section where u take clones to them bud . Sea of green style . Any help? Thank you
