Though i dont know who to believe some days. I like my kratom. I dont like politicians telling me how i do my kratom drinks. Especially when i know them as inexperienced kratom users as a stoner knows a stoner from a typical square. I believe personally that i have a healthy enough liver to mess it up a bit. My own good doing. Just like alcohol though alcohol is depressive. And alcohol is worse. Ill stay away from alcohol. And steer towards my favourite red drink. It can help with heart pains from stress. It can calm me right down in a stressful situation. I personally will tell you what i think and feel although i keep it to myself usually. Its that i think that kratom isnt bad for me. But its good for me like good green food. Seriously.. for some kratom helps medicinally. I use it for medicine but i got into thinking its also something i love to get high on habitually. Stress can be a killer. With kratom it relieves stress really well i have to admit. And i love it. Sometimes i think i need it. It comes in handy when shits hitting the fan. And everything just runs smoothly while i at least have me a bag of weed, or/and some kratom kilos to drink. Im never stressed. I can watch those days go by much more smoothly. Without those odd slight fuck ups i make when im stressed the fuck out, overthinking. Im buying some l theanine. Im using that as my next substitute. I need to get high on this type of shit generally to keep myself on the right track. Because ive seen myself do some stressed out things and im not trusting myself from past experience without some good drugs to sedate the fuck outta myself. That helps with my mental health to be chill and relaxed. I feel sane and logical. Its just id always stay away from hard drugs. But certain herbs have me affixed. They make me also wanna grow my brain with the drugs and make new pathways in there. I wanna make myself benefit by taking the substances so that i can be smarter. I noticed that psychedelics always made me smarter. I think the same about weed. And kratom. They work in different ways but all have their benefits. Not like other drugs i see out there. Like meth.

If it's not harming ya than more power to ya. I have liver issues so I can't take it. I liked it though
