Dosing while at the salon and was quite an experience today. Super challenging not to look in the fucking mirror…when people behind you are chatting and are trying to get eye contact from you thru the mirror. The salon has 20 stations and had over a dozen people different energy different conversations it was a little intense to process at all. I kept hearing head up look forward. My thought fuck the mirror lol after the beach rinse a quick cape change that became sensory over load and amazingly triggering. I could control the dose till I looked down at the cape . Black and white pattern in Houndstooth. The houndstooth would swirl and move causing me to have depth perception confusion then sucked me in everytime I looked down . I would look up and bam… sober. Look down at the cape and triggered hard again .I was ecstatic when it was time to rinse the toner out and she changed the cape lol I made my stylist some micro tea bags, gave her lemons, teas, etc.. she was super stoked to dose this evening. I found a good print off for lem tek. Can’t wait to here back from her at my next appointment.

@deaner77 That’s exactly at flip the Monday and into the extraordinary. Plus my home is not been the best environment to trip in anymore so the salon seem like a good option for her microdose
