Does anyone have any experience taking 5-HTP or any opinions on it? Also if you have depression and/or anxiety what usually helps you cope with it?

From reports of others 5-HTP is good and helps build up those feel good chemicals.

I take after mdma so i dont get “blue mondays”. Thats all i use it for once in a while.
