I highly recommend sticking to regular monotubs… set it and forget it works really well with our climate

As long as you are not very experienced I’d recommend sticking to a proven tek to the t. Nothing wrong with experimenting as long as you are not doing it all for the results (harvest) but the experiment itself

Before the ceremony started, I hiked 15 miles to prepare myself and to keep calm I smoked weed. There were three participants with me. At the beginning of the ceremony, I took rapé for the first time, which cleared my mind. After about 20 minutes I went to the ayahuasca. It consisted of mimosa and caapi. After the first cup, I felt warm as if I had a fever. In addition to the warmth, I heard a very faint frequency that got louder and louder over time. I felt the trip preparing to go into my innermost being. I passed 1 time. After the first lesson, the shaman came to me and asked if I wanted another cup, which I confirmed. After drinking the cup I fell asleep and when I woke up I had very strong open eyes visuals. I went to the toilet and for a short time couldn't handle a carpet that was in the bathroom. After I calmed down, I went back to the others and from then on I'm not sure of the order anymore, but I know that I fought a big fight with myself because I wasn't relinquishing control, not switching off my ego wanted. I vomited about 5 times and even shit my pants. After a while, I went to the bathroom, washed and changed. Then I went back to the others. In between there was music played and sung over and over again, which influenced my trip a lot. In this trip I was able to learn what it means to set clear boundaries and goals and I feel so good that I would do it again today if I could

Bevor die Zeremonie los ging, war ich 25 km wandern, um mich selbst darauf vorzubereiten und um ruhig zu bleiben rauchte ich Gras. Es waren mit mir drei Teilnehmer. Zu beginn der Zeremonie nahm ich das erste Mal Rapé, was meinen Geist Klarheit verschaffte. Nach ca. 20 min ging zum Ayahuasca. Es bestand aus Mimosa und Caapi. Nach der ersten Tasse wurde mir warm, als hätte ich Fieber. Neben der Wärme hörte ich ganz leise eine Frequenz, die mit der Zeit immer lauter wurde. Ich spürte, wie der Trip sich darauf vorbereitete, ins mein innersten zu gehen. Ich übergab ich 1 mal. Nach der ersten Stunde kam der Schamane zu mir und fragte, ob ich noch eine Tasse will, was ich bestätigte. Nachdem ich die Tasse getrunken habe bin ich eingeschlafen und als ich aufwachte, hatte ich sehr starke open eyes visuals. Ich ging auf die Toilette und kam kurzzeitig nicht auf einen Teppich klar, welcher sich im Bad befand. Nachdem ich mich wieder beruhigt hatte, ging ich zu den anderen zurückund ab da bin ich mir bei der Reihenfolge nicht mehr sicher, aber ich weiß, dass ich einen großen Kampf mit mir gekämpft habe, weil ich die Kontrolle nicht abgeben, mein Ego nicht abschalten wollte. Ich übergab mich ca. 5 Mal und schiss mir sogar in die Hose. Nach etlicher Zeit ging ich ins Bad, wusch mich und zog mich um. Danach ging ich wieder zu den anderen. Es wurde zwischendurch immer wieder Musik gespielt und gesungen, was meinen Trip sehr beeinflusste. In dieser Reise durfte ich lernen, was es heißt, klare Grenzen und Ziele zu setzten und ich fühle mich so gut, dass ich es heute wieder machen würde, wenn ich könnte.
