I totally would but this is one of those times where I get to have really bad intestinal problems for a bit and risk getting an ulcer til it goes away unfortunately, most often I end up having to go over the 800 limit to 1000 to 1200 at times depending, like now, because menstruation cramps are fuck... I actually use pickle juice for RLS, They think the reason it helps is specifically the vinegar, once it hits the back of the throat it shuts down the misfiring of neurons in muscles in the body, and 'turns off' the feeling of cramps lol
