4, not .4. 4 whole grams. I also suggest setting time aside to try the rue on it's own before trying it with DMT.

I’d say start with 3 grams - all I want to do is inhibit the enzymes. Too much MAOI can be very uncomfortable and though rue is a RIMA there are dangers.
