Well heating is really up to you, the most important step is making sure lighter fluid that you are using has spent enough time in your black water to pick up the DMT in the soup......30 min or more.......as for heating let it sit in the warm bath for a couple of hr if you are going that route

I dont think it's over kill, I let my soup set for days sometime, then heat it warm up the nap and do a pull......we all have our techniques and always tweaking it.

Convert to DMT fumerate. You can also eat freebase but put in capsules and expect stomach issues. With either you must have already eaten an MAOI and achieved full inhibition for oral DMT to work. Start low and work up to a sweet spot.
