Hi! I grind it up, let it sit like you said in lemon juice and then add ginger ale. Let sit till foam goes away, stir gently and drink up. Tastes pretty good and i have a sensitive stomache and don't get sick at all ??¢????????

Well when I grew them I used a 5 gallon tote with 6 pint sized jars and them 6 jars would bring me a half ounce per week dried weight.
