Status Update

Trying my hand at bags instead of jars for grain. Any tips to keep the bag from bursting ? For some reason they all seem to stretch and break on me.

You dont seal them until they come out, put a filter (tyvex) in the opening and fold, put in pressure cooker (i put a plate on top) cause part of a bag can cover your blow off and that could make for a bad day!

Also make sure they are cool/cold before you open, on cool down they vacuum in so let them suck in the sterile air from inside the cooker.
