Can someone tell me what the difference is between 4-aco and NN DMT?

4aco is virtually indistinguishable from psilocin. 5 MeO DMT is much more like DMT with a less visual component.

I feel like with the amount of 4aco you need smoking is a bad idea. We always got it in capsules and ingested it. Not sure how much was in them tho

No
I wouldn't smoke 4-aco but 5-meo all day. But really I think 5-ho is safer than 5-meo. Just speculation though
